ALL presenters and attendees must register online. To submit the final paper and all associated attachments, at least one of the authors must register in advance.
Paper Uploads:
IEEE Member or Non-Member registration, i.e., not a student registration, can upload up to 2 papers by the same author with the payment of the Extra Paper Charge.
IEEE Student Member or Student Non-Member registration can upload up to 1 paper.
Non-registered papers will not be included in the conference proceedings or published in IEEE Xplore.
Page Limit: Full papers should be up to 6 pages long. Authors of full papers can add up to 2 extra pages, at an additional cost of USD 120 per page. A full paper cannot be more than 8 pages.
Student Registration: Student registrants must send relevant studentship proof document which indicates your full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student status to robio@gdut.edu.cn. Please include [STUDENTSHIP] at the title of your email and mention the ID of your accepted paper(s).
Attendee Registration: If you wish to attend the conference without presenting a paper, please enter 999 in the paper ID field when completing the registration form.
50% of paid registration fees will be returned (after deduction of any related transaction fees) if the cancellationis made on/before Nov. 1st, 2025.
No refund will be given if cancellation is made after Nov. 1st, 2025.
