The lEEE ROBIO 2025 is now calling for initial submissions of full papers or extended abstracts before the deadline.

Full paper: A full paper (6-8 pages) submission will be considered for presentation, best paper awards, and involved in proceedings for publication. For accepted papers with more than 6 pages, the author will be required to pay extra pages in final submission.
Extended abstract: An extended abstract (1-2 pages) submission will be only considered for presentation.

A “full paper” manuscript can have maximally six pages without extra charges. If a manuscript has more than six pages, the authors have to pay extra page fees following the requirements of IEEE. At most two extra pages are allowed at a charge.
An “extended abstract” manuscript can have maximally two pages.
A manuscript file needs to be converted into its PDF version in A4 with file size limit to be 5M, before submission.
A short video (up to 10 MB) can be added to supplement your paper. Videos are not mandatory. Single file with the extension mpeg or mpg or mp4 can be used.
